		<description>A very interesting article - I particularly liked the point that 49% of the respondents, “would use or are using newspaper resources to find a new position”, but only 12% say they “found their present job through an newspaper source". Possibly people only look at newspaper vacancy ads out of habit, skimming them before putting the majority of their job-seeking effort into other methods.</description>
