		<description>A very thought provoking article - I too believe that in order to attract quality &#039;Generation Y&#039; job vacancy candidates, companies need to focus on recruiting via the technologies which their targets are using. 

As job seekers become increasingly aware of using online methods to search for vacancies, so too should the companies, who should pushing their online presence. I can see social e-recruitment only getting bigger.
