So what is Talking TueZdays all about?
Part of the goal for jobzcafe is to host engaging events to bring job seekers and employers together. Talking TueZdays is a forum for job seekers to network with each other, meet employers and find educational programs and resources to increase their career potential. Our goal is to create a relaxed environment for job seekers to discuss what is important to them. Sessions will be held online via streaming video so job seekers around the region and the nation can participate and ask questions to the moderator in live time.
The inaugural Talking TueZdays will be held on May 20 at the WDBJ7 Community Room from 6 - 7PM. In this first session, Adrienne Barnett, HR Strategist for Jobzcafe, will share tips on using jobzcafe to get the most exposure for job seekers and to connect with hiring companies.
